Welcome to the Internet Journal “Royal City Shield”, where you can find useful and interesting information on the Prevention Centre, "Choice", that conducts an evidence based substance abuse, HIV/AIDS and crime prevention among children in the ancient Chernihiv and other places of Ukraine. Our Child Protection Guidelines come from the UN Declaration of the Rights of the Child (1959)  and Ottawa Charter (1986).
